The Faces - Loose Fetters (1974)

This album was recorded uring the final incarnation of GThe Faces. Ronnie Lane and Ronnie Woods had left the band and this album was recorded during the last UK Tour at the end of 1974.

I guess everybody in the band knew, that the end of The Faces is coming soon and so they decided to play a lot of cover versions, because they had no new songs anymore.

The Faces live in 1974 was a fantastic cover band and even in these sad days they know how to rock.

This album is final good-bye to a real fucking good band from this period of rock music. Please notice the tracklist: this was more a Rod Stzewart solo concert that a Faces concert.

And it wasn´t recorded live at the Nassau Coliseum, New York, NY; October 12, 1975, that is a wrong information on the backcover of this CD !
